Washington State ban began the same day as California.

I live in Ohio but I still think that is a stupid law... I can do a million things while I'm driving no problem. I don't see why the government has to ban all are rights to try and keep us safe when they know the people that hurt themselves will break the law anyways... Does anyone else have the seat-belt law like we have in Ohio?

So your one of those "stupid" ones who yak on the cell phone while driving!? People like you "cause" accident! Case in point, just yesterday I was almost run off the road by a lady in a large pickup who didn't see me because she was too busy yakin' on her cell phone... happens all the time.
Seat belt laws are smart laws too.
