Bitpim won't upload wallpaper

Hey I have a VX 9800
I can upload everything but my wallpaper. When I do I get the following error

An unexpected exception has occurred.

Well thats part of it. I have searched the bitpim website as well as this forum and can't find anything about this error except for an Audiovox 8610. Any help will be appreciated

Sorry, it was simply my phone was naming two pictures the same thing (which I don't totally understand) I just found out when I went into the file system and started saving them one by one. When I renamed the two that were named the same it worked.
