Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with ringtones on my VX8300. I'm using Wavepad to trim down files and boost the volume slightly, then emailing the mp3's to my [email protected]. All is fine, and I'm able to save them to the phone as a ringtone. I go to my list of ringtones and hit play, and they are very loud and clear. However, when I assign the ringtone as my default ringer or to a specific contact, the volume suddenly decreases whenever the phone rings. Its like you can barely hear it when the phone is ringing, but if you simply play it through the list the volume is as loud as the original file. Is anyone else having this problem? Im very new to the phone, so is there some kind of feature that limits the volume of the ringer, even though the master volume is set on high? Thanks in advance for your input.

I use Magix Ringtone Maker, to make ringtones for my vx8300 and every one I have made is loud and clear. Maybe you should try them out.

use the side buttons and keep pressing up when nobody's calling.

forgot to add. You have to press "OK" after you press up and increase the volume.
