The other day on my lunch break I was sitting at my house writting a text when all of a sudden the screen started to kinda freeze up then it went totally white, so I shut my phone and the other screen was totally white too. I imediately shut off my phone and took out the battery and just let it sit for like 5 minutes then turned it on again and both screens were still white. I did this several times and with the same results. I took it to 3 different cell phone shops around town and none of them would do anything because the water mark thing is slightly faded which the lady said if I had an air conditioner in my house or if I left the phone in my pocket while I worked out that it would cause this because it wasnt totally gone just faded a bit and the one one the battery is totally fine. I know for a fact that it has never touched any water or liquid for that matter because I baby the heck out of this phone (Much more expensive than what I'm used to paying).
The display on the front will work alot of the time unless I open up the phone and close it then both turn white again, and sometimes if I flip it open and closed enough times the inside one will work. Other than that everything on the phone works perfectly but this phone is pointless without either of the displays working and it was very expensive in my oppinion. Does anyone know what caused this and how to fix it or where to take it to get it fixed? Any help at all would be greatly apreciated, thank you

P.S. one of the shops said they thought the Screen was just bad nothing else but they couldnt replace it.

I Would Suggest If You Have An Insurance Plan Send It In For That And If Not Sign Up For One And Then Send It In

You can't sign up for insurance whenever you want to. You have to add insurance within 14 days of purcharsing the phone.

If you don't have insurance, I would look for a place that does cell phone repairs. My boss works on phones like that. He would replace that screen for probably $60.

Sorry man, I'm not going to use this site to conduct business for my store. I was just saying that there's probably a place that would be able to repair your phone.

there probibly is a place that can repair my phone, but its not around where I live trust me I've checked and I must have mis understood you because it sounded like you were saying your boss could and would be willing to fix my phone. Does any one know if I can send in my old phone as like a core deposite and get a new one cheaper than the regular price.
