LG KE850 Prada (problem with wallpaper)

i got the picture from computer to my phone I can view and everything but when i try to set it as wallpaper it says "not supported". but the picture is jpeg same type of file as default pics in the phone.

I have the same problem but i got the current messages
1. can not set wallpaper
2. insert error (when the phone try to set the wallpaper)
3. already disabled (when the phone try to set the wallpaper)
