LG Rumor (Green) Screen help

My Daughter has a Green rumor and the screen is all squiggley (techinical Term) and we brought it to a sprint store and they said to take it back to Best B-- , were we bought it and exchange it, whichj we did, (2 weeks ago).

Now her phone is doing the same thing she says she did not drop it or anything does anyone know if this is a problem with this phone or did she mayb e drop it or something. Any info would be helpful

could be a bad phone. that happens sometimes... i have a rumor and mine is fine???
