How do I sent a file to my phone through email?

I have tracfone's LG 290c and I'm trying to send it ringtones and pictures through email, but it's not working.

Code:

(number)@vtext.com

works for sending a message, but it removes attachments.

Code:

(number)@vzwpix.com

this is suposed to work for files, but it won't even send a normal message.

I can receive files from other phone's.
