News: LG Optimus 2X now available in Australia

Austrailia customers will be happy to know that the LG Optimus 2X, is now available in their country. The LG Optimus 2X is the first dual-core smarphone. The carrier for this LG Optimus 2X for Australia has not been mentioned as of yet, but the hanndset can be bought as unlocked only from MobiCity for a price of 799 Australian dollars.

Features of the LG Optimus 2X includes: Android 2.2 (upgradeable to Android 2.3), a 4 inch WVGA display, HSPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, HDMI, 8MP camera, 1080p video recording (@24fps), 8GB of on-board memory, and an Nvidia Tegra 2 chipset.
