    i have no service in or about 10 block radius around my house. i have had the same phone before and there were no issues so I know it snot where i live. i tried taking it to the verizon store and he reset my firmware and that still didnt work. is it possible to reset the phone without erasing my data and would that even help? any advice would be nice.
