Inserting the SD Card:

  1. Turn off your smartphone
  2. Remove the back cover
  3. Insert the SD Card in the memory card slot
  4. Reboot your smartphone
  5. From the home screen, press the "Menu" key
  6. Tap "System settings"
  7. If required, tap "menu" and select "Switch to list view"
  8. Under "Device", tap "Storage"
  9. Tap "Mount SD card"

Removing an SD Card:

  1. While viewing a home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Tap "menu" and select "Switch to list view"
  4. Tap "Storage" under device
  5. Tap "Unmount SD Card"
  6. After the process is complete, power off your smartphone
  7. Remove the back cover and locate the SD card tray
  8. Gently remove the SD card from its slot

Viewing the Free SD Card Space:

  1. While viewing the home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. If necessary, press the "Menu" key and tap "Switch to list view"
  4. Scroll to "Device" and tap "Storage"
  5. You can view the remaining free space under "SD Card". It's listed as "Available" memory

Formatting the SD Card:

  1. From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Optionally, you can press the "Menu" key and tap "Switch to list view"
  4. Under "Device" tap "Storage"
  5. Tap "Erase SD card"
  6. Tap "Erase SD card" again to confirm
  7. Tap "Erase everything"
