Restore Contacts:
- Tap Apps while on the home screen
- Tap Settings and scroll to Personal
- Tap Backup & reset
- Tap LG Backup service > File restore & management
- Locate and select the backup file, then tap Next
- Press Start to begin the restore
- At the Restored pop-up tap Done
- The phone will reboot and your contacts should be restored
Restore Contacts from the SD Card:
- Open the apps drawer and go to Settings
- Under Personal tap Backup & reset
- Tap LG Backup service
- Tap File restore & management
- Locate and select the backup file then tap next"
- Tap Start and at the Restored message, tap Done
- Your phone will reboot with all the contacts restored
Restore Media Files
Using Your Phone:
- Go to the phones Settings menu
- Scroll down to Personal and tap Backup & reset
- Tap LG Backup service > File restore & management
- Tap Next > Start
- At the Restored pop-up tap Done and wait for your phone to reboot
Using Your Computer:
- Connect the LG Leon to your computer via USB
- When / if prompted, tap Media device (MTP), otherwise enable the option from the notification area
- From the AutoPlay window on the PC, select to open the phones directories
- Launch a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your PCs HDD
- Copy the files and transfer them back to the phone storage
- Once the transfer is done, click the Media device icon in the system tray, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect it from the computer
