Create a New Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Tap “+”
3. Select to store the contact as a “Phone Contact”, on the “SIM” or to sync it with “Google”
4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other optional details in the appropriate fields

Import Contacts:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Select to “Import” contacts
4. Under “From”, choose “SIM”, “SD card” or “Internal storage”

6. Select the contacts you want to import, or tap “Select all”

Export Contacts:

4. Under “To”, select “SD card”, “SIM” or “Internal storage”
5. Press “OK” and select the desired contacts to export (or tap “Select all”)
6. Tap “Export” > “Yes”

Link a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Go to the “Dial” tab and press “Menu”
3. Tap “Speed dial” and select the dial pad number you want to use for speed dialing
4. Tap the contact you want to associate with the speed dial number

Reset the Call Log:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Access “Call Logs” and select a call log entry to view more details about
3. To reset the call log, go to “Call Logs” and tap “Menu”
4. Tap “Clear all” > “Yes” to confirm

Deleting Contacts:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Tap and hold the contact you wish to delete
3. Tap “Delete contact”
4. Press “Yes” to confirm

Create a New Caller Group:

1. Open “Contacts” and access “Groups”
2. Tap “Menu” > “New group”
3. Select an account to sync the group with
4. Enter the group’s desired name
5. Optionally, select a group ringtone
6. To add members to the group, tap “Add members” and select the contacts to add
7. Tap “Save” to confirm

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “Groups” and select the desired group
3. Tap “Menu” > “Edit group”
4. Tap “Add members”
5. Select the desired contacts to add to the group
6. Tap “Add”

Setting up a caller group. When i add a caller to the group it givrs all the numbers under that contact. How do I just get thenumber I need? I have set defaults but no change.

I'm not sure if that works.

However, you can try separating the desired phone number and create a second contact, and add that one to the group.
