Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  4. Access “Blocked numbers” and tap “+”
  5. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block calls from a contact: tap it and press “Done”
    • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Select the desired phone number(s) you wish to unblock
  7. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Select the desired message
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  4. Access “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap “+” and select the phone number you want to block

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap the desired message and press “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap “Trash can” and select the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. To clear the call log history, access “Call logs” and tap “Menu”
  5. Next, tap “Clear all” > “Yes” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, you can tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
  5. If needed, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
  6. Tap “Update” to confirm

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and tap “Turn off” to confirm
