How-to: LG K10 (2018): Create and Manage Contacts & Caller Groups

Create a Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Tap “+” and tap the “Phone contact” arrow
3. Choose to store the contact on “Phone” or “SIM”
4. Alternatively you can select to sync the contact with Google
5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
6. Tap “Save”

Import Contacts:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Tap “Import”
4. Under “From” select “SIM Card” or “Internal storage”
5. Under “To” select “Phone” or “Google” and tap “OK”
6. Select the desired contacts or tap “Select all”
7. Tap “Import” > “Yes”

Export Contacts:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Manage contacts”
3. Go to “Back up” and under “To” select “SD Card” “SIM” or “Internal storage”
4. Tap “OK” and select the desired contacts or tap “Select all”
5. Tap “Export” > “Yes’

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access the “Dial” tab
3. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
4. Select the dial pad number you want to use
5. Tap the contact you want to link with the dial pad number

Remove a Contact:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap and hold the contact you want to remove
3. Tap “Delete contact”
4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Create a Caller Group:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “Groups”
3. Tap “Menu” > “New group”
4. Enter the desired group and tap “+”
5. Tap “Save”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “Groups”
3. Select the desired caller group
4. Tap “Menu” > “Edit group” > “Add members”
5. Select the desired contact
6. Tap “Add”
