Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and go to “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Done”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” then tap the “Trash can” icon linked with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove”

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging’
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon linked with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively ,select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “more” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select “Unanswered” “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Update” / ‘Enable” and select an account
  8. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs” and tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” and if necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
