Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” and go to “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  6. Select or enter the phone number/contact whose incoming messages you want to block
  7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number whose calls you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Go to “Call forwarding” and enable “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding” > “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select “Unanswered” “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “call settings”
  3. Tap “more” under “Advanced”
  4. Access “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”
