Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  7. Enter the phone number you want to block or select an existing contact
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove”

Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Message blocking”
  3. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Expand “Advanced”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding” and disable the option

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if” select between “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Expand “Advanced”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
