iPhone 4 spy software

ok, I'm in college and I think my mom is using some kind of software or something to actually listen to my phone conversations or FaceTime conversations.Is there software that can do that or a service that AT&T offers for that? I know there is software to see call details, but is there something that can actually record and listen to conversations?

Also, you should try to feed some false information. If your mother asks about it later, you can know for sure. Guess that is a non-tech solution though!
