i bought an unlocked droid 3 from ebay.
When i inserted my sim card in the cell,
it says activate your phone service
i press activate
then it says starting with the area code please enter the number you are calling about
i dont know what it means
if cellphone is unlocked, should it really need to be activated
??
let me know what to do.

1. insert a foreign sim
2. enter sim card PIN if sim card have it
3. Motorola will ask for a code, enter code receive from unlock4moto.com
4. Your Motorola is unlocked now
If on your phone appears "Contact operator" or inability to enter code You should leave phone with a foreign sim card for about 30 minutes. After this time you are allowed to enter the code
