I need a bit of guidance on chosing the right cell phone for me and the wife.

We are US Cellular subscribers, and are about to upgrade phones. We will be switching away from our old LGs and checking out the RAZRs soon. We like the look of the new KRZR K1m and the music player ability but will NOT be using it for any EasyEdge services- mainly talking and SMS. I plan to use the music player for carrying the occasional podcast, picture and latest favorite mp3s loaded via my PC to the MicroSD.

I've read that multimedia can be a bit sluggish on the KRZR K1m- Does anyone know by experience if this is true? And does that mean EasyEdge services or music player in general?
