Does anyone have an answer for this? I have been using an H350 bluetooth with my Razr for several years with no problems. Day before yesterday when I got home I noticed that the earpiece had broken. I had a new H350 which I had bought on sale a few years ago. I erased the pairing of the old H350 from my phone. I charged the new H350 overnight. I paired it yesterday. It paired just fine, but when I was on a call the button to end the call would not end it. I thought the new H350 was defective, so I took the new earpiece and put it on the old H350 which I had been using and worked fine. I deleted the H350 from my phone, and paired the old one with no difficulty. When I was on a call, and pushed the button to end it, it did not work either, though it had the day before. I spent about 4 hours with Motorola tech support, some on live chat, most on the phone. Even their level II tech support could not solve the problem. I knew it must have something to do with the pairing of the headset with the phone, but I do not know what. I followed the instructions exactly every time. So if anyone has any ideas as to what happened to cause the headset end call button to not work, I would sure appreciate it. The only way to end a call now using the bluetooth is to turn it off.

Re: Strange problem with V3xxx & H350 Bluetooth
Good idea, but my wife won't let me try with her phone. After this, she is afraid I will mess it up. I will take both to the AT & T store when I am next in town and see if they know anything. Thank you

Took my Razr and both bluetooths to the A,T,&T store in Lawrence, KS this morning. This pleasant young man listened to my problem. Without looking at the instructions that came with the headset, he paired it to the phone. It worked perfectly. I asked him if he did anything different than the instructions that came with the headset, he said no. He said phones, computers, and all electronic devices have days that they won't work right. Apparently my Razr and headset were just having a bad day. Thank goodness for smart people, this guy really knew his job.

Re: Strange problem with V3xxx & H350 Bluetooth
I am into photography, but I am an outdated Minoltaite, lol. I have a digital Minolta 5D (I think that's the model #) back, and a film 7000i back. I have about 5-6 lenses for it. My favorite lens, and the one I use most for nature/animal photography is a 500mm auto focus CAT lens. I do not get out as much as I used to. I have an astounding photo of a bald eagle in a tree about 20' from me, using the 7000i and the 500mm CAT lens. I took about 2 rolls of film, I had to disable the auto-focus as it was focusing on the tree branches. The result was one awesome photo of our national symbol with a gleam in his/her eye.

You should try to pair it with another device ... see if it does the job ..
