V600 Bluetooth Problems

I enabled bluetooth on the phone, and it's connected to the bluetooth dongle on my computer. However, I can't seem to get the phone to be listed when I try and search for it using the software provided with the bluetooth dongle. What's going on? I want to send ringtones through bluetooth to my v600. Can someone help me? Is there some other software that will allow me to do this over bluetooth?
