help me with v220

hey, i just got the v220 tonight, and i've got 1 question. how do you turn off the welcome noise, (not sure what to call it, but when you turn on the phone its like some little music or something.) same with turning off the phone, theres a noise when you turn it off.

i was able to turn it off by changing the audio style to silent, but then everything else goes to silent and i need it to be on ring, not silent.

Easy you just find a ringtone that is NOT locked and change it to Start~up after that delete it you will lose your start up sound but it doesn't sound like you care.
