I don't think that ringtones are stored on the sim card, so you would not have your tones.

no, the mp3s you have on your phone right now will not be on your new phone. all your sim card contains is information about your provider and that kind of info. If you want the mp3 ringers on the new phone, you will need to buy a bluetooth adapter or maybe you can email them to your phone.
IMO, i say you should jsut buy the bluetooth adapter. The really only cost about $30. And its well worth every cent.

no they wont they are only stored on the phone you put it on.. NOT the sim card

i bought mine (D-Link) at office max for 30 bucks. i have it plugged into a usb port 24/7 and dont have any problems with it. It makes it so much easier, especially cuz i can use it anytime i want.

Go to pricescan.com, or search froogle.com for "bluetooth dongle" - it wouldn't surprise me if you could get one for $20. I think they're totally plug'n'play, so you just put it in the USB port on your computer and it trigers the install all by it's self.

As fas and the bluetooth dongles go I have seen several under 12 bucks on ebay, was thinking of getting one myself.

I bought a BT adapter from buy.com for 22 and it had 10 MIR. Look around, you will come across some nice deals. Here is a site that posts some deals - www.deals2buy.com
Good luck.
Transferring MP3 - you should be able to copy to PC and then back to your new phone.
Dont know about ring tones.
