Ok So here is my problem
Awhile back we bought 2 unlocked Motorola L6 Slvrs. mine worked fine but my bfs doesn't work at all and its just been sitting in a box brand new for like 7 months.
We would've sent it back but you can't get ahold of anyone in thier customer service (p.s. never buy a phone from cellularblowout.com) they are cheap...but service is....iffy....maybe even shady.

So anyways. with this phone, 1) it wont turn on at all. 2) you put the charger or USB in and the screen lights up, but its a black screen with really fast scrolling letters that say something about inserting usb or downloading software....i'm sure it was just never programmed...period...
i'm a total newbie at this so if someone has any idea if i can dl some stuff and fix this myself it would be appreciated but you're going to have to coach me through it considerably......
