I just bought my first cell phone, a Motorola 168i. The keypad doesnt behave like a standard phone.
Two of my most-called numbers require me to enter additional numbers after connecting; a voice-mail service that requires me to enter a password on the keypad, and a pharmacy that requires me to answer queries on the keypad (press 1 if you are calling to refill your prescription etc).
Trouble is, after the phone connects, it treats any further entries on the keypad as being a new phone number to dial. I tried sending and the phone sent them as a new phone number.
How do I get the phone to take the additional numbers?
