How can I remove oil under my Atrix phone's screen?

I was painting with turpentine yesterday and accidentally spilled some on my phone; it seeped into my phone from the front where the audio comes from when you make a call and now I have brown splotches under the screen. When I make a call the volume is also slightly reduced. I have a Motorola Atrix 4G.

The only way you're going to get that out is if you take the phone apart and clean it carefully.

Lets hope it hasn't damaged the phone but i would suggest to also take the phone apart carefully and clean it with tissue paper or something of that sort.
