Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call forwarding” (note that this feature might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your network operator)
  3. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  4. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
