Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact whose incoming calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (this feature might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  3. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or alternatively select a contact from the phonebook
  4. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
