Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- On the phone, enable Media file MTP when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC and copy them
- Paste the desired files to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications directories
- After the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
- Open Settings
- Access Sound > Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: You cant set custom ringtones for contacts located on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- Swipe up from the bottom on the home screen
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact and tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound > Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Launch Messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless alerts and tap Menu
- Tap Settings
- Turn Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats ON or OFF
