If there is anyone with webjal experience that would be willing to take 5 minutes of their time to help me with a problem with webjal i would really appreciate it.And just a heads up, my problem is that everytime i try and load a ringtone to my i860 cell phone it won't work it tells me to check the cables and communication between the phone and computer and try checking the preferences.i'm new to this so im sort of lost because the games and wallpaper will load but the .wav ringtones wont.so if anyone could help me i would truly appreciate it.
    Thanx!

sometimes if the ringtones won't load up it's because, u have to make sure first of all that they are the right format for that type of phone, i don't know what they are but u could check that out!!

try turning off & on your phone... it helped me.

also sometimes the file is to big for it to transfer- try shortening it.

Your problem might be that the song title/name is to long. I've dont have the 860 any more but that was my problem before i figured it out. i think the maximum digits allowed are 8, but dont quote me on that. Try making the song title shorter.

.mp3 can be any length, with a title of (i believe less than) 12 characters. Format has to be 32kbps, 8khz, mono, and NO ID3 TAG! That's the problem most people run into. Hope it helps
