What version of carrier are you using. What model phone do you have. What is the exact error you are recieving, are you using a USB cable, What OS are you running? You can asnwer here or AIM me and I will see what I can do to help you. Your choice.

I would recommend ungrading you carrier to at least 11. Are you able to hook to webjal and download ringtones etc? You might want to check under preferences i carrier and make sure the correct port is checked. Keep me updated.

Can anyone send me a link where I can download the carrier software
so that I can begin unlocking my i285? thanks in advance!
