I am trying to free up space on my I730 for wallpaper, but it will not let me delete the pre-loaded wallpapers. Is this possible ? I have already tried to highlight it in dispay and hit menu, but nothing works. Any ideas ? Can you only have 5 wallpapers on this phone ???? Please help. Thanks...

I know some people say they can replace the files by adding new ones of the same name but, I'm afraid you cannot delete the defaults in any easy manner and yes you can only have 5. Consider getting a better phone if it's that important.

If it is the i730 "T" model, you CAN delete the stock wallpapers. Other than that you will have to rename them like stated earlier, but as far as only having 5 wallpapers, thats the funniest thing I heard all day. You can have up to 16 pics (3-stock and 13-add ons). Make sure they are under 16kb to be seen in the wallpaper selection.

You can upload wallpapers to the phone through iDEN Webjal though, don't forget that. You can put up to however much internal memory there is.
Plan: Power Pack 450
