i880 Can't Find GPS Sat's

I have two i880's & both of them time out while searching for GPS sat's.

I have tried all the combinations of Privacy - Unrestricted & Ask Permission and Interface On or Off.

Is there some other setting needed to make it work?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks, already been there. They tell you how to use their GPS nav offering, but not how to get the sat's reception. What is strange is that it shows a location from several months ago, but now can't update because it can't find the sat's.

For no apparent reason, both phones started receiving sats today. No changes to the phones, they just started working again.
