No. All series 40 phones have only CIF cameras ( 352 x 288 ).
Only Series 60 phones have VGA cameras. Maybe it is due to hardware restriction, or that Nokia want to distinctly separate the product line. What you lookin' here for ehhh?

I'm not so sure ski_power,.... but here's the info on 6230 on Nokia's web,... it says that it has a VGA cam, 65k colour screen, etc.

Wow, thanks man. My mistake. The 6230 has a VGA camera.
But then how comfy would it be to view a 640x480 shot on a 128x128 screen.
I can bet that Nokia colour screen will come nowhere near the amazing Samsung V200 one<== Best LCD in Business(except for the D410 which has 262k screen, go to samsung forum)What you lookin' here for ehhh?

not necessary, they could have a bigger ie around 160x160 screen which would actually put the 65k into use. Hell, my C100 also has 128x128,65k screen.
But since 6230 has a camera, it makes the screen estate important. What you lookin' here for ehhh?
