hey i have the dku 5 cable or what eva its called and when i try to put ringtones to my 7250i it says error transfering ringtone or it says ringtone updated to phone and its not there so can any one help thanks bye

Sometimes the cable isn't full attached to the phone and can cause problems such as that, wiggle it around and see if that fixes the problem.
