Just checked the website, the company is located in Wanchai, Hong Kong. Pretty cheap cases, even for my Nokia 3100. But I suggest you shouldn't pay via paypal, because if something were to go wrong, the buyer protection wouldn't cover it, since they are located outside the US.

these are like the faceplates on EBAY. paint usually peels after a few months but id say its worth the couple of bucks. oem is always better though.
