I'll be getting a 6255i at the end of the month when I sign up for Alltel and I'd like to expand the memory to a gig. I've heard some cards don't work and I'd like to know which ones I should look at before I buy the wrong one.

Theres a few differnet type cards, Normal ones, Reduced Size, and Reduced Size Dual voltage, just make sure you buy the one for your phone and it will work.
Most of the newer ones are RS DV!

ATP makes a MMCMobile card (RS MMC). This is a dual voltage card (1.7/3.6). The 256 meg works great. They also make a MMCPlus card (full size MMC) that is also a dual voltage (1.7/3.6). Doing my research on MMC, RS-MMC cards many indicate that they are dual voltage but the low voltage is 2.7v. I tried to stay as close to the phones specifications as possible, which calls for a 1.8/3.0 dual voltage card.
