I am on the cingular network an i have a nokia 3100b. I want a new phone. Unfortunately im not going to get new service and im on the cingular network. What phone would be good that spports uploading pictures to it, and wav ringtones or maybe even mp3 ringtones.
The problem is i cant spend too much more than 100 dollars. Am i just being dumB?

It will be very hard to find on for such a low price, but ebay is a good way to go. A good nokia phone would be the Nokia 7600, its has all the video capabilities and if you don't mind the odd shape you can pick it up cheap as not many people seem to want them because of the shape, so you may find a bargain

i would say the Nokia 6230 since you have Cingular.. but if you want the better upgraded model, dish out a bit more cash and get the 6230i overseas phone.. 1.3mp and much better software.
The Nokia 6230 should run you no more than 100 with a 2yr contract for Cingular.

6230i is a good phone overall....but the 1.3 megapixel camera is nothing to shout about.

true, the 1.3mp is not as good as it should be compared to other 1.3mp camera phones

3650,3660 or 6600 good phone not to expensive

NOKIA 6620 works amazing it is also one of the only 4 phones that pick up mobile tv and it has a Real Player built in that takes videos for up to 10 minutes, check it out
