No, there isn't anything you need to do to be able to play the ringtones. Now to download some you "can" buy a cord to use with pc suite. But you can also buy them straight from tmobile. Hey, I have a few questions myself. Would you tell me how much free memory you have when you get it? I would really appreciate it. That's my big gripe with the phone, I don't have hardly any memory. And It seemed like some dissapeared once, but nokia didn't have anything to say about it. Later, Jason

    Dku-5

If you go to ebay, you can find the DKU-5 cable for the phone for like 3+shipping, was like 11 bucks all together. The pc suite and driver comes on a cd with the cable, but you can download it from nokia, too. The "can" meant that to get the ringtones you can buy them directly from tmobile, but of course you have to pay for them then. Then you wouldn't necessarily have to have the cable. It's cool though, I've gotten games for it too for free; but again the memory is a pretty big issue considering a good game is about 100+kb, movie clip about 90, mp3ringtones 100+, and you only get about 1100kb of free space, so............anyway...later bro, and thanks for the memory info. If I can be of any more help, let me know.

hey my phone got here today. it came with about 1.9 mb of free memory. i deleted some stuff that i probably wouldnt use, like some of the tones, the game demos so that i would have some more space.
