Hi I purchased an unlocked Nokia 9500, my service provider is T-mobile.

__Does anyone know how to install Yahoo messenger?
__How to watch movies?
__How to get email into an email account instead of receiving them as text messages ex. from gmail?
__How to remove the battery from the back so I can remove my SIM card?

I have many more questions but this is a start if anyone can help. T-Mobile says they don't support this model, to call Nokia. Nokia tells me to call my service provider for assistance! What a nightmare...
