I've been having a problem the past week or so when I send myself a JPEG from my e-mail that it won't let me save it onto my phone. When I look at the details of the picture the file name now says JPEG" (with this little stupid “ at the end of JPEG). When I try and save the file, the phone reads the message "Cannot use /:\.*?"|<>...". I am not using any of these symbols and looking at the details the only difference I see is the " on the file type. Where is that " coming from? I have been sending myself files for months and they've worked up until now and am doing nothing different... any ideas? I spoke to customer service for an hour and they tried resetting my phone and everything with no result. I took my phone into the store and all they could tell me was that it has something to do with the file I am using to send pictures... I honestly think they couldn't figure it out and that was thier way out. I've been using gmail and am still using it to send the files, could that be the problem? Any solutions or anyone had this same problem? Could I have sent myself a virus? I am frustrated! Thanks!

Have you tried downloading a file from a different location? It could be a bug with gmail.

I just tried with hotmail too... no luck! Maybe this is something t-mobile has done to my phone to stop me from getting free pictures on my own for my phone???
