problem with n90 camera..so i need help

i bought a nokia n90 from my friend yesterday.
the problem i encounter with that phone is the camera.
when i took a video with that phone, i saw lines/pixels in my screen which is not in good quality. the image is like a picture in tv which has poor reciption/tv image is not perfect or not clear. the image in my phone is not in high quality. it's not seem like a 2.0megapixels camera but seem like less than 1.3megapixels camera. i already set my camera into high quality in the option menu but still my problem wasn't resolve. the screen is still in good condition, maybe the camera or the len is suck. so pls help me........thank you

Maybe the image looks bad when the monitor is dusty or the monitor itself is old and does not transmit colors well? Change the screen
