problem in nokia 3120

Hi,
I could not send custom ringtones to my friend which i received from my neighbour. The send option is not available.The tone clip details says it is a protected file.but i can send picture msgs.The insert sound option in mms says it is a protected file.

please tell me how could i send custom ringtones and how shall i remove the protection.

Or is there any application or composer that should be downloaded and installed for nokia 3120 to send custom ringtones.

Anybody please answer for this problem.
