Sound help with Nokia 6111

i bought a Nokia 6111 a while ago and recently when i try to play a song or a ringtone its silent, i still hear the sound when i press some keys and i can still hear people that call me, i have tried default settings but i still cant find whats causing it, can anyone help?

I would just get it replaced because that will also sort the probelms that you will get when u start using the 6111

well thanks for your suggestions. I'm afraid i cant get it replaced, i tried to restore to factory settings but what i thought was my security code did not work, is there a default one maybe?

and does anybody have an idea of what may be causing it, i think it's something simple but i just cant get it.

yeah it seems like u got a dud, better u get a new one or take it back
