Nokia 3110 problem

I'm having trouble wid a file lock. I instald file lock in my Nokia 3110c. But I cannot access to C nd E. Message pop ups as, "application set not to allowed" then...'java lang error/exception, access denied.' What should I do now?

The problem with this phone is that it has very small inbuilt memory which makes the cache full in very small time.
so its required to reformat the card, Take back up all the files on the system.
than reset the phone.
It will delete the cache memory.
