Experienced quite a negative surprise with my new Nokia music phone: Nokia Music software crashes with 64-bit Windows Vista.

Nokia is not going to fix this problem and neither do they inform the phone buyer about the problem.

As I bought the phone for music purposes, the problem is so serious that the only alternative is to return the phone to the seller.

A word of caution: Do not buy a Nokia music phone if you are using the 64-bit Windows Vista operating system.

Hi there! Didn't know about this to be honest. My aunt's planning to buy one of this these days. Perhaps it'll be better if I tell her about this to consider buying it since she's using Windows Vista OS.

I may have a fix for the problem. Noticed that the Nokia Music site doesn't function properly with all browsers, but the 32-bit IE7 it worked ok.

So I thought that the problem may be browser related. Installed the old browser on my 64-bit Vista, gave it all default browser rights, but kept Firefox as my default browser.

Now Nokia Music does not crash and I still got to keep my favourite browser.
