News: Nokia launching Nokia Ovi Movies on Demand this fall

Although it's been rumored for a while, Nokia is getting ready to launch its Nokia Ovi Movies on Demand coming later this fall. Some of the advantages and specs of the Nokia Ovi Movies on demand include:

* Free on-demand TV series and movies from leading global and local broadcasters.
* Top-of the line, high quality video entertainment, running on latest trend of ad-supported web tv.
* Mobile optimized, one-click access to broadcasters’ catalogs. Easy to find your own favorites.
* Increasing amount of new TV channels available thru Ovi Store.
* Open source widget for web TV available for broadcastes to start services easily and cost effectively
* Flash lite 4.0 support enabling usage of major web video services available in the internet
* Video playback time via HDMI to TV is up to 6.7 hours

The launch will not happen everywhere at first, but Europe will probably be the first country to get the Nokia Ovi Movies on Demand. September looks to be the month that it will happen.
