I just got a new e71x and i want to set up email on it but:

1)i would like to use as little data as possible
2)I would like to receive notifications on my phone when I get a new email

is this possible with AT&T's 200 MB/month plan? would you recommend using POP or IMAP and what applications?

ON a related note i would also liek to use googlevoiceforS60 on my phone. How much data does that use? Thank you!!!
