    I have an idea for an app that I'm sure has great commercial prospects. The operating system may need a change or an addition though. My problem is how can I explain it without it being ripped off?

    I would hire a programmer and get the application made. Make sure to trademark the name, and patent any processes you came up with the solve a problem.
